Usefull English Idioms and Phrases with Hindi meaning, used in Sentences and examples. भाषा में सजीवता व प्रभाव लाने के लिए मुहावरों और लोकोक्तियों का प्रयोग वाक्य बनाने में किया जाता है। मुहावरे भाषा की शैली की रोचकता को बढ़ा देते हैं। An idiom is an expression whose meaning is different from the meaning of the individual words in it.

The idiom brings something home to somebody means makes somebody understand something. A proverb is a short well-knurs sentence or phrase that gives advice or says that something is generally true in life.
